Provincial Fitness has a new piece of equipment… the JACOBS LADDER has arrived! We are the only fitness gym on the island that has one! This is an awesome piece of equipment to help you with your strength and endurance training. So after you’ve gobbled up that yummy Sunday dinner and polished off your dessert, you should get a move on and get yourself to the gym to work off those extra calories! After all…..
