Spin

Start peddling and let yourself go as your instructor takes you on an aerobic ride of your life. Stationary bikes in a group setting, perfect for the fitness enthusiast recreational cyclist or serious racer. All levels welcome. Classes may vary.

Spin & Sculpt (Coming Soon)

A workout utilizing the cycling drills with muscle conditioning utilizing the resistance bands or hand weights.

Fitness 101 (Coming Soon)

Start a beginner and graduate a veteran with all your new exercise and health knowledge. Let Provincial Fitness’ health and exercise staff help you navigate the road to better health. You will have fun, gain knowledge and start new friendships along the way.

Fat Burning & Abs Circuit (Coming Soon)

Combination of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises in short, timed durations, rotated throughout the class, also targeting Abs into the mix.

Aerobics (Coming Soon)

A fun class that’s easy to do! Work at your own pace and while this class will help you to shed some pounds it is also a great stress reliever and mood elevator!

Chinese Kempo (Coming Soon)

Kempo teaches a unique form of self-defence that is sure boost your self-confidence. Kempo is also a unique art form of spiritual growth, health, and personal responsibility. Ying Kuchan a Shaolin monk and master of Kempo, after a lengthy period of meditation in a Zen rock garden, spoke of Kempo saying “Kempo is the power of adaptability and yielding, the harmony of all things working together.”

Zumba!

Get ready for the time of your life! The latest fitness craze has exploded at Provincial Fitness!

Classic Kickboxing (Coming Soon)

This class is for everyone! Just what you need to tighten and tone your entire body. Great for the abs.

Fit and Firm (Coming Soon)

For the ladies only, separate classes for the men. Tummy, Thighs & Glutes. This class is designed to eliminate extra in these areas and much more.

Yoga (Coming Soon)

This class is all flexibility, which your body does not get enough of. Yoga provides excellent flexibility training, helps improve posture and gives your abs a wake up call. Relax, de-stress and enjoy.

** We intend to offer a variety of classes throughout the year such as Mixed Martial Arts, Dance Classes, Specialty Group Classes and many more. Information will be posted within the facility as classes become available.**
