Spin

Start peddling and let yourself go as your instructor takes you on an aerobic ride of your life. Stationary bikes in a group setting, perfect for the fitness enthusiast recreational cyclist or serious racer. All levels welcome. Classes may vary.

Spin & Sculpt (Coming Soon)

A workout utilizing the cycling drills with muscle conditioning utilizing the resistance bands or hand weights.

Fitness 101

Start a beginner and graduate a veteran with all your new exercise and health knowledge. Let Provincial Fitness’ health and exercise staff help you navigate the road to better health. You will have fun, gain knowledge and start new friendships along the way.

Fat Burning & Abs Circuit (Coming Soon)

Combination of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises in short, timed durations, rotated throughout the class, also targeting Abs into the mix.

50+ Aerobics

A fun class that’s easy to do! Work at your own pace and while this class will help you to shed some pounds it is also a great stress reliever and mood elevator!

Chinese Kempo (Coming Soon)

Kempo teaches a unique form of self-defence that is sure boost your self-confidence. Kempo is also a unique art form of spiritual growth, health, and personal responsibility. Ying Kuchan a Shaolin monk and master of Kempo, after a lengthy period of meditation in a Zen rock garden, spoke of Kempo saying “Kempo is the power of adaptability and yielding, the harmony of all things working together.”

Zumba!

Take a class and have the time of your life! The latest fitness craze has exploded at Provincial Fitness! Get ready to JOIN THE PARTY!

Classic Kickboxing (Coming Soon)

This class is for everyone! Great for conditioning your entire body and great for the abs.

Tighten N’ Tone (Coming Soon)

Tummy, Thighs & Glutes…. This class is designed to eliminate fat in these areas and much much more.

Yoga

Good for your mind, your body and your spirit, Yoga provides excellent flexibility training, helps improve posture and mood and gives your well being a wake-up call. Relax, de-stress and enjoy!

Pilates

Pilates conditions the whole body. It builds flexibility, strength and endurance in your legs, abs, arms, hips and back while emphasizing breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles. You will develop a strong core and tone your abs while strengthening your back. Pilates also improves coordination and balance while enhancing core strength, increased reach, flexibility, sure-footedness and agility. Great for all ages!
