One of the ways to be happy is to fill our lives with variety, but without good health&#8230;. happiness is very difficult, if not impossible, to attain. Broaden your horizons by finding and doing a variety of things that you enjoy and that motivate you to get moving. When you make exercise a part of your lifestyle you should incorporate different types of exercise to keep exercise from becoming a boring routine. Instead of just having a daily &#8220;routine&#8221;&#8230; Change it up! Keep it fresh and interesting by learning new techniques and trying new things. Take a variety of fitness classes throughout the week and find out the proper way to use that piece of exercise equipment at your gym&#8230;.you know, the one that you thought was too intimidating to try out? </p>
